1. What does the bike rental include?
The rental includes an electric bike in perfect condition, a helmet, a security lock, a basic repair kit, and a water bottle.
2. What are the rental hours?
Our rental hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, but you can check availability for pickups or returns outside these hours.
3. Do I need to leave a deposit to rent a bike?
Yes, we require a refundable deposit at the time of rental. The amount varies depending on the bike model and is returned when the bike is returned in the same condition as it was rented.
4. Is there a mileage limit?
There is no mileage limit, but you should consider the battery’s range. If you need to recharge the bike during your ride, we can provide information on where to do so.
5. Where can I ride the bikes?
You can ride on all roads and paths where bicycles are allowed in the area. We provide recommendations for safe and scenic routes through the Cap de Creus Natural Park and its surroundings.
6. What happens if I return the bike later than the agreed time?
If you return the bike late, an additional charge will apply for each extra hour. If you expect to be late, please contact us in advance.
7. Can I rent a bike by the hour?
Yes, we offer special rates for hourly rentals. Contact us for more information.
8. Can I rent a bike for multiple days?
Yes, we offer special rates for multi-day rentals. Contact us for more information.
9. What happens if the bike gets damaged during the rental?
The customer is responsible for the proper use of the bike. In case of damage, we will assess the repair cost and deduct the amount from the deposit.
10. Do I need to book in advance?
It is not mandatory, but it is recommended, especially during peak season. You can book through our website or by phone.
